Immediately I was surprised by the immense size of the store and I was greeted by store associates who were very knowledgeable and helpful during my visit to the store. Hope to return soon!

Everyone at Barnes Jewelry is so kind and helpful! I received the most perfect engagement ring from Barnes. When we took it in to get sized, Ryan had it finished within an hour. We were so thankful and pleased!

Sales 100%, service w/ customers 100%, service performed, absolute '0'. Brought my watch in for svc only replaced batt. No problem but watch base has added scratches to upper front and back of base. Back is heavily scratched. The band has been torqued where they tried to remove the band hence the added scratches and there is some sort of fog, which developed later, making viewing my 33 yr old watch nearly impossible. The worse thing is the tech never said anything to anyone about his mishandling of my property. He didn't even try to fix the torque in the band he created. I'm taking my watch elsewhere and having it sent to Seiko for refurbishment! I didn't notice the damage until later that evening or I would have went back in for an accounting. There should have been a check in and check out procedure to ensure this doesn't happen, ever!
