        I have this insurance through my work and was given an outline of benefits. Since having IMS, I've had a surgery, sleep study, and an ER visit on the medical side. For the ER visit and surgery, the two facilities have contacted IMS, and given me what I still owe, so I can set up a payment plan. Both times, several months will pass, and I'll either be paying off the expense or have the expense paid off. Then out of the blue, I'll receive collection notices, because IMS made "an adjustment," leaving hundreds to thousands of dollars owed. Nobody contacts me, not until a collection agency comes calling. If you have any choice in who you use for medical insurance, I advise you to start clear off IMS.
