Tripp's Harley Davidson Sales

Well, from my first time through the door of Tripp's in 1997 to my last time today this dealership has consistently failed at being anything other than lackluster. From the multiple poor motorcycle offers that required me to purchase my Harley's elsewhere to the absolute non-existent customer service that has progressively worsened year after year today was the final time I will patron this dealership. I have always been able to tolerate being ignored. I have always been able to tolerate being treated like my business isn't necessary or doesn't matter to them. What I cannot tolerate is a member of this staff completely turning their back to my 11 year old daughter and ignoring her like she wasn't even there. My daughter was literally trying to have a conversation with the apparel sales staff and she turned her back on my daughter and continued visiting with a friend that was sitting at the counter. She wasn't helping a customer. She wasn't organizing or doing anything for Tripp's. She was visiting and when my daughter tried to communicate with her she literally turned her back to her and kept chatting. My little girl's heart was broken and she just asked to leave. What a way to treat your next generation of customers! I have purchased 6 Harley's so far in my life and plan on several more. They have all been from other dealerships due to this type of customer non-appreciation. I have continued to patron trips for apparel and parts just so I didn't have to travel for them or order them from the MoCo. I can remember Tripp's when it was the small metal building on South Georgia and as the dealership has grown it's appreciation for who has made that possible has faded. When I saw my daughter duck her head down and just ask to leave and walk out today I realized my attempts to find some ray of hope in this dealership is gone and maybe one day they will be purchased by someone who cares or they will realize that treating customers this way will inevitably result in their demise and my thousands of dollars I spend on my favorite hobby and with my favorite MoCo will be spent elsewhere. :-( Disappointed Dad & Former Customer

Wow where do i began. It was a cold snowing Wednesday it didn't take long with good professional salesmen. I bought a new 2021 XL1200 NS Iron. It's been 7 month's ive almost got her broken in with 485 miles / 1000 mile oil change all is good I have attached a H-D windshield & bags & Saddle bags hwy bar & Willie G peg's & shifter peg & oil dipstick+ temp gauge. Still enjoying the ride thanks again Tripps Harley-Davidson.
