We ended up calling Cosselmon Mechanical after the 'company' our home warranty sent out, never called (after several days). We finally got the home warranty people to let us call someone else as we were waiting on these repairs to close on the sale of the house. Kenneth showed up the same day we called and gave us an estimate on a new water heater. He went out of his way to make sure they had the work done the very next morning so we could get the inspection and close on time. Since my husband and I were unavailable during the day, and the house was vacant, Kenneth's wife (Ranora), even met with the inspector (after they were done, AND she had to make an extra trip across town to get this done!). She also ended up spending hours on the phone with our home warranty company, on our behalf, so they would cover everything they were supposed to. She didn't have to do this since Cosslemon was being paid by me directy, and the home warranty was supposed to reimburse me. She did though, and I will forever be thankful as that money would have just been gone had she not done that for us. The home warranty did not want to pay, even though this was supposed to have been covered. Because of Ranora, they did, and I will forever be grateful. Cosslemon Mechanical will have my business from now on! This team is quick, thorough and ethical! That's hard to find these days!

Cosselmon Mechanical is top notch. We had a serious drain issue two days before Thanksgiving and these guys arrived not just on time but early and hit the ground running. They were thorough, professional and affordable. I couldn't ask for anything better!

Mr Cosselmon and his crew have done several jobs for us. He is our favorite plumbing and heating and air company to call; honest and very high integrity. You can TRUST his work and his advice. Always very friendly and professional. He installed a gas line to my kitchen and installed a gas cooktop replacing the old electric. My favorite!!! He and his crew have also done heating furnace repairs for us. THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!

Sunday morning & plumbing woes. Scared to call a plumber. Called Cosselman & he was timingly and friendly. Handled himself as a professional. Did the work in timely order and gave advice freely. My opinion is that i am very pleased with Cosselman and would highly recommend him and his company to anyone who needs plumbing work done. Thank you sir for an satisfying expierience with an otherwise terrible situation...
