Route 66 Roadside Service

The guys at this shop were amazing! I literally can't thank them enough. My alternator went out and of course, I had no idea what the cause of my car not starting was. I went to advance auto parts on the blvd to see if they could use the code reader machine and tell me what was wrong with my car. Because of "covid", they were not allowed to go out to the car, but the guys said I could do it myself and he would give me the machine, to use. Of course me not knowing anything about cars I was confused, but Daniel a customer out of nowhere offered to help me. He went out to my car and hooked up the code reader and opened up my hood and still proceeded to help me figure out what was wrong with my car. He told me what was wrong and even said he had a shop so we followed him and he helped me out! Now the guys at the shop were amazing! They were nice, fast, and super friendly! I seriously rate this shop 10 out of 10! Daniel was just a customer and went out of his way to help us! I strongly recommend anyone to go see this shop. Amazing service hands down! I will be going back for any car issues I run into in the future, for sure!

On Oct 29th there was an ice storm and power was knocked out in N TX. I got stuck in Groomer at a gas station out of gas. There were over 30 some cars stuck there waiting for power. Scalpers came buy selling .5 gallons of gas for $50. 1 woman with children paid $120 for 1 gallon of gas. We called Route 66 Roadside Service and a very kind gentleman, Victor Garcia, kept us informed of the status and when to expect him. He came on time and gave us a half tank of gas at a very reasonable price. We felt blessed by him. Thanks for the great service!
