Love the newly renovated apartments, and new appliances!!! The management is the best that you could ask for!! I definitely recommend these apartments to anyone that I know is looking. Great apartments for a great price!!!

I heard about these and gonna come check them out tomorrow heard a new move in special is no deposit which is what I really need cause we about to be homeless I have two kids! Plz let me know if u have a 2-3 bedroom available

Park Lane is probably the worst place to call home. You are greeted at the entrance with 2 MASSIVE pot holes large enough for the neighbor kids to swim in. Cross your fingers that your parking spot isn't taken (even though they are assigned) and don't even think about complaining because the property manager at the front will act like you are wasting his time. The air filters haven't been changed in these apartments for so long that the vents are plastered shut. The air filter was so caked and matted that you couldn't even see light from the other side, and it also was way too large to be in the vent in the first place. Every building stinks like smoke. They say no smoking but that doesn't stop anybody. The front doors to all of the buildings are so filthy you would think they were bathroom doors at an outdoor park. They will promise all kinds of things to get you to sign your lease and then completely neglect everything they have said.
They will try to tell you when you can and cannot have guests over at your apartment. If they think you have guests over after 10pm they will leave a note on your door threatening to evict you.
All in all this place is cheap but it is a cheap dump. They put enough chlorine in the pool to make it look appealing but the place as a whole is a big waste of money and a huge waste of time. Upon moving out ALL of my neighbors informed me they were right behind me and couldn't wait to leave.
(Also, don't believe any of the positive reviews, they offered to pay everyone who left a good review a $5 visa gift card)
