We have used altair off an on with my dumpster company If routes permit. Our last visit was pre pandemic. The guy in the office turned my driver away as they are not taking any new customers. I told them we have an account there, and its $75/ton. The man in the office told my driver that he is billing us $600/for the 15 yard dumpster because we arent there enough. I had to send my driver to creedmore texas, 2 hours away to dump a unit , then transport it to smithville rather than dump along his way to the next stop. This place is a joke. Scam artists. I hope they get shut down.

We have tried 3 times to bring items here and the lady in the office is so rude.. it is a 35 minute drive from our house to here and to be treated so poorly treated. Find somewhere else to bring your things, it’s not worth it here and it’s expensive. Years ago I brought a load and it was 13.$ because we have a small truck. Now it’s suddenly $65. Wow... 65$ For my husband to be treated like garbage,,, 3 times......☹️
