Please look up the lawsuits with Better Home Commercial or BHC LLC and Jason Cross in Collin County. Beware of doing any work or business with them. Don't end up with unfinished work or promises that never happen.

Dealing with Better Home and Commercial has been the WORST experience that I have ever had dealing with any company. I was referred to them by a friend, so I had them come out to do an inspection of my roof after a hail storm. As instructed, I provided them a check that the insurance company sent for the repairs to purchase materials. Well, to make a long story short, it is now 1 year later, no roof, no money, and extreme lack of communication. If you want to cancel the contract, they tell you that they will keep 15% of your funds, so you need think about that, and that will give you an idea of their integrity. Dealing with the ownership, I thought that I would find an answer and sensible relief, and that only made the situation worse by them not responding, or stalling, or whatever they can do to keep your money for as long as possible. This has been a total nightmare. ALWAYS DO YOUR OWN DUE-DILIGENCE ON A COMPANY, CHECK REFERENCES, AND DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH. REFERRALS MEAN NOTHING ANYMORE.

These ppl are scams they hired me to do a roof a dangerous roof too. They got paid from owner and then never paid me. They took the money and ran. they owe me 8k for a roof I did for them in dallas. They lie and say they would pay me yet it's been over 6 months and they just ignore me. They are dishonest and immoral ppl who try and pretend to be nice to u. To get u to do the work for them then if u ask to get paid they treat u like garbage just because u ask for the money u worked for. I have never worked for such cold heart immoral ppl. I'm just a hard working man that want to get paid for what I did that's it. It's been 6 months of lies from them. Pls pay me pls ! They don't even know how to do roofs the hire roofing companies then don't pay them. If u hire these ppl u might end up with a lien on ur property because after u pay them they don't pay the subcontractor. They let other pppl do all the work then take the money and the person who does all the work is left hurting.. pls if u read this don't hire them they are dishonest.
