I signed a 14-month lease. Never caused any problems and always paid on time. This was rewarded with a 25% increase in rent when it was time to renew. They brought it down a little when I said I couldn't afford the increase, but it was still a huge increase 1400 to 1590. It is currently listed for 1500, which means they are definitely going to do the same thing to the next tenant. The amenities are nice and I never had trouble with maintenance, but I still can't bring myself to give it even 2 stars as this practice is just so unethical.

(Original) Llevo 2 aos y medio de estar viviendo aqu me gusta mi apartamento es super cmodo, la vista esta espectacular pero si e notado que el cambio de administracin si afectado un poco la limpieza en cuanto a los cuartos de basura y los pasillo y aveces el olor a marihuana en los pasillos es horrible, en cuanto al disfrute de la piscina me gusta mucho, solo que hay vecinos que todava no entienden el numero de personas que pueden invitar a disfrutar de un da de fin de semana y aparte se aduen de la misma haciendo juegos de pelotas que en realidad no dejan disfrutar a los dems eso me parece injusto porque todos tenemos el mismo derecho de estar en familia y disfrutar me parece que no es el sitio ideal para reunirse mas de 10 personas y jugar.....En lo dems estamos muy ajusto de vivir aqu la zona esta espectacular y tenemos todo cerca, supermercados, tiendas ,restaurantes...........

We lived in Cortland Allen for 14 months. Like any other apartments, it has Pros and Cons, but it has more Pros to me than Cons. It is a beautiful property in great location. Everything you need is just right at your fingertips. Their facilities are great, two large pools, club house, gym, dog park etc. Its very close to parks if you want to go for a walk or run. They make some events for the tenants that will make you really feel that youre in a good community The best part of the apartment is the management. Lady, Kiara, Esteban, Deshaun & the new community manager, Brett. They all deserve 10 stars! Everyone that works there will just go above and beyond to help you when you need some help. I highly recommend this apartment specially if you like to live close to everything

beyond expectations. Seewan saved the day. we lived here for 2 years and most of things are going well. but last night the AC broke. called the maintenance and in 30 minutes Seewan came to check what the problem was and replaced the malfunctioning part. its 103 outside but thanks to Seewan it's 74 inside. that's what i call exccelent customer service.
