        I lived here for about 2.5 years, it was cool while it lasted. Great location. They increased the rent dramatically and ultimately, I moved out. Please believe all the reviews that mention the outrageous charges youre hit with when moving out. My additional charges were for them to get the carpet cleaned. Even though I didnt allow outside shoes to be worn in my unit management said my carpet needed special cleaning that would cost extra. It didnt, I would never even live in a place where the carpet was so nasty that it needed a special cleaning. It was all a lie, and a way for them to keep my deposit and get more money. Thankfully Im blessed and just paid it but it was completely unfair so just keep that in mind.

        Update: I still enjoy my apartment. However, EXPECT your packages to get stolen. It's happened 3 times to me alone in 1.5 years. The app to allow guests to get in through the gate has been broken for 7 months which is unfortunate because I was told it would be fixed by the end of January. They responded that people can get in by parking around the parameter and using the code on the door, but that is not a sufficient response when I need a convenient solution to get people in to get my packages for other reasons. Also, we've had a ton of cars get broken into. The rent unfortunately doesn't align with these headaches. I still love Cynthia and Halle, and the maintenance and amenities that work are great. I would still recommend it to some degree, but I can't, with a good conscience, keep my prior review in its totality. I'm sincerely hoping these issues improve so I can stay. Previous experience: I am an upcoming resident, but the community and the customer service have me so excited about being a part of the Amli Addison community. I had a specific place, Sq ft, color scheme, and closet size in mind, and Cynthia and Halle made sure I got what I was looking for. They toured several units with me, went over potential alternatives, and very quickly won me over. They are wonderful. Stay tuned for my review once I'm moved and settled, but if it's anything like my experience this far, I'm in good hands.

        The AMLI is such a beautiful apartment complex and in a great area of Addison. Kylie was our tour guide and she was excellent! She was so welcoming, informative, and really got us excited about living at ALMI.

      Hi LoNitaThank you so much for updating you review and providing feedback regarding your experience with us. We apologize that you have had packages go missing. We typically don’t have issue with this, but it has happened around the holidays. We do our best to monito the package room and have preventive measure in place, however no one can prevent rime from occurring. Additionally, we have not been experiencing issue with car break ins recently, but again, this is something we monitor and take seriously. Part of our Butterfly system has indeed been experiencing issues, and we had initially planned to replace it in early January. However, we made the decision to switch to the Latch system instead, which has caused a delay in the implementation process. We have communicated with residents about the upcoming project and are working diligently to ensure that the new system is installed as soon as possible.
