Horrible off-late. This review is not just for Dallas location but for overall Fragomen. I have worked with them for more than a decade and they have become greedy, selfish and unbelievably inefficient off late. They are intentionally slowing down things and taking a lot of time for everything to adversely impact immigration cases and ensure their billing is coming in. Not even sure and cant believe how unethical this is.

0 stars, worst service. They take at least 2 weeks to answer a question. Took more than 1 year and still have not prepared the forms for green card case.

50 days and they are still preparing my AOS forms. One they sent for review & sign 12 days back had 20 mistakes including my last name and passport number. No response since then. This is pathetic service. I dont know why companies are hiring them.
