Former call rep here. This is the worst company in the world. Most of the older people I called on the phone told me how elara abandoned them and didnt do anything when they came in the home. This is a scam of a company and hope it goes under very very soon. Also they never have anything in order at all. Really hope people keep reporting this company. They charge people insurance for days and dont even send out an aide. THIS COMPANY IS A BIG FRAUD!!

I am looking for a new way of health care as I type. Horrific !!! At best. As I check the different locations states and stats, comments as well as my own are the same. Its like being in an institution in your own home with absolutely no one believing your words nor doing whats ask of them . I would go as far as saying Cruel and unusual punishment that they/Elera caring pays to come to our homes and:rob us, stealing and eating our snacks and food, sitting down, on the phone dodging work and receiving gifts from me that they did not earn still no act right and management could not tell what Ten of The clients look like because they have office-itis although it is absolutely impossible to match a client with an aide if you never laid eyes on both individuals. I can do the job and pull that office together in a matter of a decent period of time/one month. Call me Elera Because this is utterly disgusting and of little to no service for the purposes intended.

I work for this company pay roll is always a mess upper management doesn't communicate with attendants unless with all out lose our tempers and then where the bad guys...... more communication and professionalism and it might actually be a better place to work for

Former IT employee here. I could not say enough negative things about this company. We have so many hard working nurses in the field and Elara has never provided us with the resources to help them do their jobs. They let our department stretch thin to the point that we only had one person (me) replacing broken equipment and devices for the entire company. I was paid so poorly for it that I couldn't even afford the health insurance that THEY provided. The end came when they decided to outsource our entire department to a 3rd party company in India and laid all of us off. Now complaints are through the roof about the service they are providing, but all we ever heard from the executive team was how much money the company is making and how they're "saving jobs". I did not feel cared about and I could not help those that really deserved it in the company.
