Phenomenal. The staff is warm and welcoming. The hygienists and doctors are professional and meticulous with their craft. When our 5 year old compares going to the dentist like Christmas morning- you know they are right on target.

So when it comes to going to the dentist I have so much anxiety! I found Addison Family Dentistry and let me tell you they are so nice and very compassionate about how you feel! I just had a filling done and gotten a crown finally on one of my tooth that I have been putting off for the past 15 years cause of my anxietyI had the pleasure of having Dr.Lowe and he was absolutely wonderful at what he does I didnt feel any pain while getting numb. He was explaining everything as he went. The next day he even called me to make sure I was ok with everything! I have never had a dentist call and check on me. So I really appreciate that! When I finally got my crown he was very gentle and made sure it fit will. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now!

I have to say, this place is Amazing! I walked in and the receptionist was very kind and personable. Everyone treated me so much like family, I had to double-check my location on my phone because for a second I thought I was back at home I was kind of stressed and worried since I hadnt been to the dentist for about 3 year, but Cindy was amazing and made me feel so much better and at ease! Dr. Adrian is Amazing as well, he explained everything so I was educated and felt comfortable every step of the road. Chris is sweet and very personable as well, she made me feel like I had known her for the last 10 years. Thank you Dr. Adrian! Thank you Cindy! Thank you Chris! Thank you Angela! Thank you Hazel!

Front desk folk are kind, informative and direct... The actual dentists however are the complete opposite. They're salesmen. ALWAYS upscale my husband on things he DOESN'T NEED OR WANT but he gives in to their tactics when I strictly tell him we have health insurance, don't pay more than x because the rest is covered. And their prices are above average, teeth whitening was exorbitant, it's one thing to extra charge but get what we were promised but it's another when you whiten his teeth only for his teeth to look EXACTLY the same before y'all whiten them. SCAM. $ wasted. I even told him to take a pic before he went becuase I knew this would happen becuase these folks are frauds! They also failed to mention how long the proccess would take and it's a 3 step method (never heard of that before). They need a guarantee that your teeth WILL BE WHITE after treatment but sadly his are exactly the same. Will not be back.
