I have stayed at many hotels, including Hiltons. This Epic Center in Grand Prairie, TX was by far the best. Fantastic location but what struck me was the young man, Alexander, that was truly professional. He was swamped when I walked in. Being part of a wedding party, he had his hands already full with spring breakers and calls coming in. As a former secretary, and very good customer service representative for single soldiers quarters, I found him to be highly professional in his multi-tasking. He referred me by name the entire time I was here and he maintained a cool, calm demeanor when others would have rightly been upset to be handling everything alone. I told him he definitely needs to be a leader because he sets a great example.

We are a diamond member and are currently staying at Cancun Mar Caribe. To be a Diamond member you gotta stay at slot of Hiltons ; us all over the world. This particular property should be the crown jewel of your properties. I cant find one thing to complain about. PLEASE DONT SELL IT LIKE YOU DID AT COSTA RICO POPA GOYA.
