I have had a few questions regarding photos from this company. The lady who answers (when she actually answers) is never very friendly, and is very short. I have been hung up on with a sigh rather than a hello and then my call avoided. Why am I sending hundreds of dollars to someone who refuses to be kind and answer questions and the phone. If there was a negative start I would give one!

The school forgot to give the photographer my money , the photographer advised me to mail it in , my money for the biggest packet available was mailed the same exact day and over a month later I still have not received my pictures, the school has received theirs and already have picture retakes scheduled, the photographer never answers the phone , and the only reply I gotten back on email was “I have to wait for a computer print out and then I can order the pictures” that was a month after pictures were taken . At this point I just want a refund and will take my child to get pictures done professionally, but when I asked about a refund I get ignored ! Very poor customer service
