image This has been a good daycare for my children! They love it and i do too! Nice staff/employees, they are all respectful and polite.

image Terrible, embarrassing management that cannot accept accountability. Down plays signs of physical abuse and doesn't properly train staff. Extremely high staff turnover rate/no teacher stability. From the outside in I could tell there is extremely low moral. If you want someone to just watch your children this is the place for you, but if you want someone to take care of your child and to have a genuine concern for their health I would consider another place.

image They treat their workers terribly if one gets sick they dont send them home, and if they have to call in they because they are sick they get mad when you cant make it to work. They dont tell the parents that their kid is sick or whats been happening to them like throwing up, or diarrhea. They dont care about anyone but money. Do not send your kids here, this nursery is a JOKE

image I had to pull my son out of here. He attended here for 3 months through out summer and prior to this my son's behavior had improved while he was in pre k. He had been doing phenomenal all through out the school year. I was notified abt a month and a half in that my son had not been wanting to line up and running off for WEEKS. I asked them why I was just now becoming aware they said oh because they try to handle situations on their own prior to having to get the parents involved. There was another incident where my son had been playing rough with a child and hitting him. Again I was not made aware untill the child told his parents about it. What they did is not notify me untill the behavior became too much to handle. After talking to him about the hitting incident it didn't happen again. Had I known I could have talked to him sooner about it so it didn't go that far. Sadly from there things only got worse. One day I was called because he was sick. Upon getting there to get him they had all the kids eating lunch and my son was all the way across the room sitting on a rug by himself watching the other kids eat. Sick or not they could have atleast offered him something. He said his class mates were " eating yummy cheese roll ups." & he just had to sit there and watch. My son regressed so much in the time he was there to a level that I've never seen his behavior at before. I had so many meetings with them about things I was uncomfortable with and abt how they should work with him that I know helps. One day when checking him in he hadn't even made it into the class room yet and the older black lady that sits at the front was already telling him " You better not be running off today because I'm not going to chase you. I don't know how your going to make it through elementary school if you can't follow directions." That's how they were talking to my child IN FRONT OF ME. I can only imagine the things they said when I wasnt present. I brought this to the directors attention and she justified it saying oh she probly meant it in a way to encourage him. When talking to the lady who said it abt how it made me uncomfortable she kept back tracking and lying strait to my face when I was right there when she said it. I had to change the subject bc she would not stop going on and on abt how she would never say that she didn't even know he's going to elementary school and she's sorry if that's what I thought she said. It was ridiculous. My son got to a point where he couldnt even make it a full day without me being called to get him. There low expectations of my son was a leading cause to his low performance and major regression to the point that my son is now having to see a counselor and is afraid to go to any other after school care programs. Let me just say my son was in a different day nursery location for 2 years prior to this and I never once got calls for behavior at the other day nursery in his 2 years there. Thankfully my son's new school has worked with him and gotten his behavior back on track to the happy boy I know him to be and I'm no longer getting daily calls. This Daycare doesn't have enough staff. There overwhelmed and short tempered with the children and they don't work with them at all. I really feel like this is just a pay check to them. I'm not saying my childs a saint because I know he's not. He does have high energy and can be short tempered but if you work with him and make him feel safe he is the most sweetest loving kid you will know. They never made him feel safe here. I don't think they have a basic knowledge or training on how to handle all children. Not all kids are the same and some need a little extra attention and they don't have the staff, the training, or the compassion for that. This place was a nightmare for my family. Please for the love of God avoid this place. Especially if your kids are too young to tell you whats wrong or if they require extra attention.
