I bought the vacuum. Seemed like a good investment. I had to go out of town for work and then came home to play around with it. Not really a good fit for my size, body strength and hardwood floors/rugs. Wanted to return it. Called and was told only 72 hours to return it. NO ONE EVER SAID THAT TO ME. When I brought that up the person on the phone said "It's the information age, lady, you could have looked it up" So dealing with this company, who never had a business card a phone number or anything whatsoever to say who they are or what they do, just BEWARE. The machine - that I will now use till I die - is a good one, true Kirby. But the company really lacks in communication skills, transparency and integrity. But the machine - it's a true Kirby.

Kirby guys came through my neighborhood advertising a giveaway. I gave my number to them and they called 10 minutes later to tell me I won a $20 gift card and a free demo. Demonstration was great but the salesman was kind of pushy. I returned the vacuum a week later.

Vacuum works great, but customer service is terrible, no 1 to ever answer the phone or assist you.

Kenny is great!!! This is by far the best vacuum cleaner we have ever owned. Teresa is extremely helpful with any of your needs or to help answer questions! If you are looking for the last vacuum you will need this is the place!!!
