Would recommend. Kendall has a good website, was very helpful with my questions, and produced a thorough report within the day. I feel much more confident in the condition of my future home.

Definitely recommend! You can book online, & we got our inspection done the next day. He was also available to answer all questions /explain the report.

Kendall was amazing. As first time home buyers we were lost. Kendall explained everything to us he was there to do. He showed us everything he wrote up no matter how small. We had originally gone with another inspector and he never showed. We called Kendall and he was ready to go. He was very kind and professional. We will def be recommending him to our friends and family. I truly believe everything happens for a reason. We asked God to help us find the right person and i truly believe it was Kendall. We would have never felt comfortable with the other guy. Our inspection report was amazing, even our real estate agent was wowed. The inspection report was very detailed and had picture of everything. Very happy with the Recon experience. CALL THIS GUY, HE'S HUMBLE & GREAT!

I would definitely use Kendall again! We so appreciated his professionalism and thoroughness. He encouraged questions throughout the entire process and generated a report that was astoundingly detailed. If you're wrestling with which inspector to use, I feel that you couldn't do much better than Kendall.
