        Nice people, but, unfortunately not very competent. They promised they could open a business account for my out-of-state company. They did open it, but closed next day, because they realized they are not allowed to do that. Wasted 1+ hour of my time and delayed planned transactions.

        My grandmother lives out of state and has tried changing her address "ON LINE" and it never was changed. Now she is on hospice, trying to close her CD, she does have power attorney holders, and the bank will not acknowledge it unless she goes into the bank herself. They have also told the POA holders that they must go into the bank and prove who they are before the bank will acknowledge the POA. Other times they have told them the POA is only effective if my grandmother dies. I would never recommend this bank in a million years. There are others that are far better.
