Mitchell was very professional and patient. He took the time to listen and answer all of our questions. He explained everything to me and my husband, so we decided to opt for the best service package! Cheryl, who answered my first call, was also awesome. On a whim I called Quality Cooling and Heating to just have someone come to the house to give us an estimate. She was very helpful and made sure that someone (Mitch) came even in such short notice. I will submit a follow up review after all the worn is completed.

I see why reviews are positive & uplifting! The professionalism, courtesy & concern start the second they answer the phone. The service technician, James Byers, was polite, knowledgeable & explained options available without me wearing the dunce cap. Thank you Mr. Byers!
