Kyle was amazing! I was under time constraints because my property is a rental property and they were able to come out the next day! He was on time and very courteous! You can tell he was very knowledgeable about what he does because he explained everything to myself and my renter step by step. Dealt mostly with Mr Steven, awesome experience from him and the crew. Worked to clear away mold and encapsulated our crawl space. The first visit we were not even home, very trustworthy guys. Noticed a decrease in our electric bill that made us happy, but also felt more humid. Contacted Steven and he was there within a day checking it out for us and we live an hour plus from them. He checked the humidity in the house, laid new plastic under floor, going up pillows and wall, even put my dehumidifier under there and ran a hose thru the wall for us.
