Zero Stars. We signed a contract with this company in June 2022 to drill us a well. Every time I called they would say "soon". I fired them before they even started. 5 months and no well. I went with another well company and still no well but at least they called me and came to the site. It's been too wet to drill but have been assured by Water Well Solutions as soon as it dries up it will be put in. If you can't get to it, tell me, communicate. Tell me you don't have time for it. Don't drag us through the lingering process of your company not ever doing what it promised. Your business practices have consequences for normal people. We have to move from a rental and the only thing lacking on the new home to move in is water. Son is moving in with a brother and us with parents. Shouldn't be like this.

Was having water pressure issues. Called Wilson Well and within 3 hours they had someone out on the cold rainy day, and issue repaired. We have 2 wells on our property both installed by them, in the last 10 years. This was just a bladder busted so wear and tear. Never had an issue with any other parts or the installation. I recommend this company.
