Hardee's

Every SINGLE time I go here...the food is horrible, the employees are RUDE and disrespectful. Last week when I went there. I ordered a hot ham and cheese combo. I get home (should have checked it before I left) the so called "Hot" ham and cheese sandwich had 2 slices of cold ham and unmelted cheese on it. I took it back up there to have another remade with more meat on it and for them to make it a hot sandwich. There were 2 ladies in the back and one starts screaming I'm not remaking that. That's the way she is getting it. Then another girl proceeds to get the same amount of meat, 2 slices, slaps cheese on it, throws it in the microwave for 3 minutes, gets it out of the microwave, wraps it up and throws it up on the rack and yelled NOW ITS HOT I hope she likes it. I get it home and the bun is so hard that I can't even Bute into it. The way this restaurant is run is beyond ridiculous. I called back down there after I got home with the second sandwich and asked for a manager because the girl at the front wouldn't let me speak to one while I was there. I asked for the general managers phone number while on the phone with her and her response was it's online, look it up. Also, If Hardees is that greedy and cant afford to give someone some meat on their sandwich they need to lower prices. The cost of this food and the pirtion amount DO NOT ADD UP. Needless to say, I WON'T be spending anymore of my hard earned money here. This placed needs to be restaffed with people who can treat other humans with a little respect. Not with people that are there just for a paycheck.

Check your bag and everything before you drive off. They can't get anything right. I only order the number, I don't ask for anything to be changed and they still mess it up. I order for multiple people when I come there so now when they mess it up I've been telling them to remake the entire order because it'll be cold since I had to come back for their mistake. I encourage others to do this, maybe if they have to keep redoing enough orders they'll learn how to do their jobs. I understand that they don't make much but they don't even deserve what they do make with their terrible service.

This restaurant has improved. Service was great and my breakfast was great. There was a big line but it went pretty quick. The gentleman that was working the window was very nice and they got my order correct. I would recommend this Hardees to buy your breakfast.
