OBION COUNTY PROPANE

Been a customer for 16 years. Always paid on time, used to get discount if paid in 10 days. Used to get great service. Was a little slow getting gas delivered last year. Ordered gas on 1/24 a week before ice event when tank was at 20%. 15 days later, still no gas. Called twice and told delivery would be next day but hasnt happened. Down to less than 10% now. Does anyone have a suggestion for alternative companies

I have now been waiting three weeks after payment for delivery of propane. The same thing happened to me last year, it also happened to my 90 year old mother. Ive called the Obion office and they blame the logistics manager, yet refuse to give me a number so that I may follow up. It makes me question the financial stability of the group. At what point will they pay interest on my money? At what point does it become criminal?

Great staff and friendly customer service! Also greedy and dont honor agreements!! I signed up with them 14 months ago, and have had my 500 gal tank filled 4 times, promptly, with no delay. I can only recall one issue that I had, and I believe its my fault for not fully reading the service contract and taking someone on there word; however, I still havent seen anything that leads me to believe I'm wrong, nor seen it in the service contract so it must be in the invisible fine print! When I signed up for service, I was told that I would get 199 gallons off of every fill up for the first year. I signed up for service on November 15th of 2020, and requested my last fill up of the year in the first part of October 2021. At least a full month or more away from my 1 year cutoff! I was told I had to pay full price and that my discount ended sometime in the spring of 2021, which would make this more like a 6 month discount and not a year like I was told! I would have given 5 stars, but believing that Im owed $507.45 kind of prevents me from that, especially, since I was told 3 times previously that this discount was for a year and not 6 months! Overall, its great service; just dont swap your current supplier thinking youre going to get a discount because they will not hold true to their word! Thanks

This company acquired my account when they purchased the propane division from my local utility company. We have recently been notified that since we don't use enough propane, that our account is no longer viable and our tank will be removed. They certainly do not care for the small customers in their portfolio.
