I found some old negatives the last time I was at my grandparents house. Some from my grandparents wedding and when my grandma was a little girl. A friend had told me about Lai’s. I was really nervous because I didn’t want anything to happen to the negatives or for them to get lost. Sam assured me that they would be in good hands. I took the negatives on a Saturday and they were ready by Monday afternoon. I could not be happier! Sam really understands how important these memories are, and for that I will 100% be going back!

We brought in several old video cameras and digital cameras that we can't turn on, (we don't have cords or anything anymore) full of videos and photos for the last 22 years. We met the owner, Sam Lai, hes very funny and extremely personal. He had us laughing and smiling. Now our family can't wait to watch the videos and see the pictures, that we can't even remember.. He called to let us know he can retrieve the vids and we can pick up Monday, very excited.
