Ordered flowers for a young man's funeral and ask for flowers to he done in the Tennessee Vols colors. They did an excellent job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I have shopped here since moving to TN, my Daughter in Ca. Has always called for deliveries for me from here.
Yesterday was very disappointed, my daughter ordered a very expensive floral arrangement for me for Mothers Day, it was to be delivered on Saturday.
She placed the order over a week before delivery date, she received a text Saturday early evening telling her Due to technical difficulties delivery would not be made, a refund was in processit was too late for her to make another order elsewhere. She was so upset, called me near tears.
I will never shop there again, it was disappointing for both of us!
This is no way to run a business, the correct thing to have done would offer an apology along with a refund and send flower replacement when returned to shop.

I was not impressed with the product. Ordered a pick up bouquet and although it was last minute, it did not look very good. For a cost of $90, I was expecting a little more effort. I want expecting presidential, but at least something that exhibited pride in their profession and understanding of customer service. Guess Ill try somewhere else. As far as the cost, I understand prices if everything has gone up, but that was pretty high in my opinion and I dont mind paying for convenience. I would have given 1 star, but it was a last minute request.
