This has to be the most professional personnel I have dealt with. Eric was very responsive to my call/messages prior to the date of my carpet cleaning, answered all my questions and even called me day of the job for special treatment because we have a pet. They really go the extra mile for superior customer service. He was kind, considerate and prompt. As for the carpet, he and his team did an excellent job. Service: General carpet cleaning
