Very knowledgeable and easy to work with and very communicative with me about step by step actions to take and didn't begin doing anything without calling me for approval first. I would recommend them. I took my 2010 Platinum truck to have transmission leak fixed. Previously they fixed my grandma's transmission on her 2012 Chrysler 200 and did a phenomenal job.

So I'm still unsure the problem with my car, but it's been that way for years. I was panicked. I deliver for a living right now and my car was just not accelerating the night before. They had a cancelation last minute and fit me right in. And of course my car was not acting up when I brought it in. The main mechanic, I believe Ian, took the time to really explain everything to me the best he could. Both mechanics there told me what other mechanics before said that unless they feel the problem they can't tell me the solution without thousands of dollars of repairs. I thought it was hopeless but Ian suggested we do a transmission flush. He said I had a 50/50 shot of it making it better or worse. Well thankfully, it made it much better. I really wish someone could tell me the actual problem but I was very happy with the service I got. They even quoted me 100$ more than what they charged because it didn't take as long as they thought.

Met with the owners the other day about being a new client. My previous shop i did business with for the past ten years has become unreliable and have to check and second guess all work done. I havent had any work done there as yet but plan on taking all my vehicles there for future repairs. Found and based my decision to do business here on reviews submitted and familiarity with the shop in passing in my hometown. May post updates as time and experience progresses.

GREAT SERVICE!!!! I was in Tullahoma visiting family for the holidays and my vehicle was making a sound that did not sound good! Especially since we had 13 hr drive home ahead of us. Big Springs understood the urgency and took our vehicle in right away! They identified the problem and new to travel home without servicing the issue would be VERY DANGEROUS! They replaced all that was needed and had us on the road next day!!! They did not price gouge or take advantage of us at all!!! Most places would have knowing we were stuck! If you want the work done right and for a fair price this garage is who you want!!! Thank you BIG SPRINGS !!!
