        Always has to reschedule. And by that I mean they don't show up on the date given and when asked about it there is no reason given as to why they didn't show up. No call saying that they won't show up and still charge full amount when they screw up the scheduling. Now they do a great job of cleaning but the process of getting them out to clean takes about a month from the scheduled date to the actual day they come.
