    Onboarding and getting settled after a week here has been an overall great experience!! Kevin and his team (front office and maintenance) have been exceptionally kind, responsive and professional. Giving 4 stars but certain they will earn the 5th in the months ahead!

    I lived at The Columns On Main in Spring Hill, TN and because of the manager, Kevin, absolutely loved living there! Keven is extremely professional while also being very easy to talk to. As soon as Kevin became manager, there were an abundance of activities Kevin made possible at the apartments! Some included, a full catered Thanksgiving feast! Everything was delicious! Turkey and all the fixings, a true southern meal, and the desserts were out of this world! He even had wine for those of us who cared to indulge! At Christmas time, Kevin set up an entire gift wrapping station! It was so nice to bring our gifts and choose from a variety of many wrapping paper choices, decorative boxes and ribbons! Even candies to tape onto presents! Kevin also arranged an ornament decorating night! He had a big assortment of ornaments with glitter, eyeballs, paints and more! Again, Kevin had catered in festive delicious desserts and different types of eggnogs! I wish I could have stayed forever living at The Columns On Main, but family needs called me away. Kevin was so kind to me and he knows his job thoroughly! Not only is Kevin the manager, but Kevin is also an attorney who specializes in real estate law! A truly amazing, intelligent, interesting and caring man. From his own pocket, Kevin sees to it that the less fortunate children, in the area he grew up in, have Christmas presents every year! You cant go wrong living at these beautiful apartments, with an amazing pool and friendly neighbors and Kevin as your manager!

    My bf purchased a 3 month lease before he moved out and bought his house. So I'm leaving this review for him. He said.. lol " cons- noisy upstairs neighbors, leasing process( have to give a 60 day notice before leaving, even for a 3mo lease) they never have him a notice, even though they said they give everyone a notice before there lease is almost up but he never received it so he didn't get the memo and therefore had to pay an extra month even through he was no longer in the apartment. Pros- clean, friendly neighbor, daily trash pick up, good shopping area but bad traffic"

    We had to terminate our lease early due to a job transfer. Their policy states a 60 day notice must be given and also a one month early termination fee. I went to fill the paper work out over 90 days in advance from our move out date, and the lady in the front office helped me fill it out and I specifically asked since we are giving over 90 days notice do I need to put the move out date for September or august to satisfy the extra month early termination fee, she told me to put September, and assured me there would be no extra fee since it was 90 days notice. The lady from management calls to inform me I owe $1850 extra now and was snarky about it. Horrible customer service. Also they kept our deposit and we left the apartment in pristine condition. Would not recommend this place to anyone. ADDITIONALLY- it was misrepresented to me that no matter if Im doing a lease termination or buy out that I had to give a 60 days notice. The lease agreement states only written notice and one months extra rent is required for a lease termination. We wouldve moved out sooner if that had been made clear to us.

    Lovely apartment, modern interior. Comes with a washer/dryer, fridge and microwave and stove and dishwasher (our single room apartment we rented) Pet friendly which is a huge bonus so you are able to foster or bring your animal with you (additional fees) Complex itself is also beautiful and clean. We never experienced any noise. Ample parking. I can also highly recommend the management and reception staff (Shannon and Lauren) as they are very friendly and always go the extra mile. The complex also often has arranged get togethers to meet other neighbours for those who like to be social. There is also a pool, outside grill area and a gym. For those interested in birding, we also saw bluebirds, cardinals and blue Jays which was a spoil for us and ofcourse the hummingbirds! The only downfall to the Complex being pet friendly is that unfortunately not everyone picks up after their pets even thought there are multiple bins and bags provided. Only reason why I can't give it a 5 star rating.
