        Gave them a week to respond to my complaint but heard nothing back so posting this. We submitted an offer on our dream home and they completely ignored us, then told us that someone else had offered higher. No opportunity to counter or offer more, when we absolutely would have. So as a result, we lost the home we really wanted and the seller and realtor got less money than they could've had. A little communication goes a long way!
