Management and maintenance are Always quick ,kind ,and attentive. They are always willing to address any concern or issue you may have.Thomassa is always welcoming, personable ,and professional! Highly recommend!

Sending a huge shout out to Thomasa!! Me being careless and trying to have dinner cooked before hubby came home, I caused one of the breakers to cut off, which just so happened to be the refrigerator. I thought I turned it back on, but nothing was happening. I just knew all of our meats and other things would go bad, had I not acted fast. Right before closing I contacted Thomasa about the issue and she talked us through the process without having to involve maintenance. Usually I dont write reviews, but I feel she deserve one. Not just for tonight, but for all of the other times, shes helped me as I come into the office and pay rent, on days, its not closed early. Having a marketing degree, I know word of mouth spreads quickly when the reviews are bad, so Im taking the time out to brag about Almaville Apartments, because of Thomasa, oh and our lovely event coordinator Jasmine. Thank you ladies for giving a positive experience!
