My experience at Dr Richard Rubinowicz office today as a patient was a very great one! I was greeted with his friendly and professional staff! Dr. Rubinowicz was courteous, professional and very informative! I highly recommend him!

Have received fabulous customer service from Dr. Rubinowicz over the last three years. Even though I could visit the VA Hospital at "no charge" I'd rather visit his office and receive exceptional medical care!

I was referred by my primary care physician after having what appeared to be a stroke. He came in never introduced himself and said he didn't have my records. I explaned the best I could the results from a CT scan and MRI of my head and spine. He never touched me to check anything, but scheduled me for an EEG. Nothing showed up on any of the tests. When I saw him the 2nd time he once again stated he didn't have the test results from my Dr. I had called and had them re-sent after I first saw him and it was done while I was on the phone with my Dr. I got so upset with him that he said he would check again but he had looked right before he came in. Low and behold he had gotten them. He said nothing showed up. I asked him if he had any idea of what could have happened to make my vision so bad that I had to have help walking, my speech slurred and eventually not being able to lift my right leg and arm. He said yes but he had rather not say. So here I am still having problems with no idea what it is. However another Nuerologist has been recommended to me and I will will be taking my tests results and primary dr's notes to him. Thank goodness she hasn't given up and wants to know what happened. I advised her not to send anyone else to him! As far as his staff they're Top Notch. The only good in that ordeal. I would give 0 stars if they gave that option .
