Dr Mekonnen is very nice and professional. The staff was great as well and processed me quickly and I was in the chair soon after. I was there for a cleaning and I was in and out in no time. The new machine that was used was much better than all the old tool that they had been using. Had to use the old tool very minimal.

The office is beautiful and Dr. Sarah is alsways AMAZING and kind hearted so from the time you walk in the door the aesthetics feel intentionally calming and pleasant experience. I was greeted with a smile immediately when I entered, and the staff who I consider my friends ALWAYS makes being there un intimidating and as pleasurable an experience.They make sure I'm comfortable & give me tips on how to continue to take care of my oral hygiene. Far drive for me from where I live but its worth it and looking forward to seeing them again!

I get excellent care and top service every single time. Dr. Sarah and staff are very, very friendly! Im glad someone told me about this Dentist! Best Dental Care ever with state of the art equipment, comfortable office, and an expert staff! Im very happy! I recommend them. You will not be disappointed!

I originally was giving a 5 stars but i changed to 2 stars In the beginning it was hard to get ahold of this place to make an appointment. Even when i did, i kept being pushed off to another day. After the 3rd appointment i was about to be pushed to, the dentist called me herself. She had some things happen that i overlooked and understood so i was ok to change to one more day past and then go in. She is a very nice person, sweet, energetic. But her place is the only place listed that takes medicaid insurance according to medicaid. I called medicaid back and told them she doesn't do root canals which is confusing because what i know about endodontists is that they do root canals. She referred me out to another place that doesn't take my insurance and suggested to go back to her for applying the crown. As helpful as i know she was trying to be, i needed a place that does root canals and that takes my medicaid insurance. I had made a phone call here and was told she would call me back in 2 hours. After waiting, i decided to call medicaid back and let them know (since they were the ones that referred me), she doesn't do root canals and I asked for an endodontist. They apologized and said they will look into making corrections in their system while they found me an endodontist which the closest place to Nashville is 3 hours out so unfortunately that is where i have to go now. I kept trying to call in hopes someone would answer but it's ok. Things happen for a reason and I'm just glad medicaid was able to find a place that answers and takes my insurance even if it's a drive out.

I had made an appointment & came in for routine cleaning. There office was old, outdated & filthy. I was rescheduled for another 3 weeks out due to them not even being equipped with an X ray machine. I asked their staff to call my dental insurance provider to verify my coverage because I hadnt gotten my card, on the day I was rescheduled. I was given a routine call to see if Id be making it in for the next appointment. I asked again for them to call & verify dental coverage so there would be no confusion on their end on payment. Their receptionist flat out refused to call, although its well within her job description & was very nasty to me as well. I will never take my daughter to this office again or attempt to make another appointment for myself. The staff is rude & extremely unprofessional. By the look & feel of their office I may have gotten an infection anyway. Highly recommend doing a bit of calling around to any other dentist in your area.
