BenchMark Physical Therapy - CLOSED

Bad experience with the provider, the younger one. I felt being disrespected and uncomfortable with the provider. I only went there for the initial appointment, waste of time and money. I will never go back or recommend it to anyone that I know. Front desk is super nice and helpful though.

I went to BenchMark Physical Therapy for my neuropathy in my feet and balance. Jennifer Pressley Tallent was my therapist and she is excellent in her work ethic. The staff was kind, friendly and encouraging me along my path of improvement. She is very knowledgeable and works the dickens out of you. No pain, no gain, right? If I ever need to go back, Jennifer is the only DPT I'll go to and I reccomend her to everyone. You have a great gem of an employee with her. Thank you Jen!

Kelly is a awesome physician therapist. I came in and I could barely move my foot within 3 weeks I was walking.Everyone is so friendly here.

I had such a great experience here. They got me in same day when I was in terrible pain and their work did wonders for me every time. The staff were all very friendly, and I can't say enough good about my PT Jennifer. She was very thorough, careful, and attentive. She knows her stuff, she has a wonderful manner and is a joy to talk to, and got me on the path to healing quickly with lots of knowledge and exercises to help prevent this injury from happening again.

Jennifer was awesome!! I'm extremely pleased with the quality of care I received during my physical therapy visits. Jennifer was very knowledgeable, personable and professional. The recommended exercises during sessions and outside of the in-person therapy visits yielded significant improvements each week. The facility was clean, well-organized and managed professionally.
