I give them less than a star. First off the girl working there never shows up for you to make a payment. Then the vehicle they "sold" me was broken, jerking and tearing up very badly, and then this girl comes up with some mess about how it is a "salvage title" so we could not get a title and we were so fed up we just told her to keep it. The only refund we got is the taxes we paid for the plate, which she claims she couldn't get for us. Also, anytime she needed to do something for you she had to go through about forty people to do so. We made several on time payments and $500 down. Never got a dime of it. Then she had the audacity to ask me to sign something in the mail that says they repossessed it. Talk about dumb. I never signed. Please for your own good do not go to this place. They will rip you off without a second thought.
