        Best customer service, every one here was patience, kind, helpful and nice. I have been in other health departments and no other one has been this helpful.

        Was told to go to the health department to get my sons birth certificate after he was born. Decided to stop by after getting discharged, the Bedford county department told me I needed to wait 30 days to get one. The hospital told me to go as soon as possible, also my wife needed a copy of his certificate for insurance purposes. I decided not to argue with them because I knew he had an appointment in Murfreesboro the next day, so I decided wed just swing by the Rutherford county department. Rutherford Co was able to print me a copy with no issues.
