Tracy Wortman is absolutely the best mortgage representative that I have ever worked with. She truly keeps you informed and works hard to get you where you need to be. I have never sent her a question that wasn't answered in a timely manner. I have never finished a conversation feeling lost or uninformed. There is no intimidation in the process while working with her. I highly recommend her to any and everyone looking to finance or refinance a mortgage. I know she will do you right!

Tracy was wonderful from start to finish - she was available via phone and email to answer our questions and helped us through the process of buying our home. I can't imagine working with anyone else, and I highly recommend her! Besides being quick to respond and very knowledgeable, Tracy also has terrific people skills - she put a personal touch on every step of the process, which made things MUCH less stressful for us.

Having Tracy Wortman for our mortgage representative was one of the best decisions my husband & I could've ever made. Not only is she very knowledgeable of the mortgage process but she is very down to earth. Her personable skills made our FIRST home buying process very easy. I've NEVER written a review before but I felt like I needed to after having such wonderful experiences with Tracy. During my first experience purchasing a home I had no idea who to use as a lender. My realtor recommended Tracy. I had never purchased a home before and I was new to the whole process. Tracy talked me through everything and answered all my ridiculous questions. I even called her cell phone in a panic one night (way after normal business hours) and she answered and took 20 minutes to answer my questions and reassure me that everything would be all set for closing. If you are a first time home buyer--she is for sure the person you need when you go through the pre-approval process and moving forward with a lender.
When it came time to purchase my second home--I called the bank and asked for Tracy. They said she was no longer with the bank but they would be happy to help me. I declined and called my realtor (same from the first home) to ask where she moved to. Once I found out that she was with Guaranty Trust Company--I called her and she remembered exactly who I was and said she'd be happy to help me again. My second home loan was not as easy as the first but we talked through all the different options and she played around with numbers for days with me. She got me an incredibly low rate. My closing started out as a 60 day closing and was moved up to a 21 day closing. She had everything ready in 20 days and even came to my closing. With all the different variables in purchasing a home it is important to have someone who really cares. After both of my amazing experiences--I would not use anyone else!
