First big issue is they moved a toilet for me during a bigger remodel. The toilet began leaking on to the downstairs ceiling. Called them many, many times. They promised to fix and then never returned our calls. They did a 100K remodel for us. Most the work was good, but Joel lies a lot. He doesn't write anything down and tells you everything he is going to do and then denies saying he would do things. The toilet the moved was one of those. Joel told me he would move it then denied and charged me extra for the move. Now it leaks and I have another plumber here right now fixing it after waiting months for them to fix it. If you make the mistake of hiring him, make sure you get everything he says in writing with dates.

Joel Perez, Willie Cortez and their crews constructed an 18’ x 20’ addition to our house, as well as a deck and steps to the basement level. Everyone who worked on the project were pleasant, polite, and hard working. Even with the challenges of obtaining supplies, the work was completed in a reasonable timeframe.
