As a lender, I've had the opportunity to work with many of Suzi's clients. I've always been amazed at how well they understand the process and the terms of their contract. I had the opportunity to use Suzi personally on several real estate transactions in the last few months (both buying and selling). Her research showed that a house would be closing in 2 weeks that would then reset/increase the value for my rental. We trusted her and we waited. Sure enough, she was right.
