Talked to Renee on the phone about a home. She was nice in the beginning, but quickly changed her demeanor once I told her my age (I will be 20 in a few days) i currently live a good distance from where this home was located, so I am in the process of getting another job closer to where we will be moving. My fiancé makes very good money and could easily afford to live at this specific home, and I found it very rude and off-putting that we were shut down so quickly because we aren’t older. Also, if you have pets and are going to realty plus to rent through them, don’t bother because they make it very clear they don’t want animals in the homes they are renting. Seems like that was the only information I got about the home in the whole phone call and messages was no pets allowed
