        "I am extremely disappointed with Melissa and her State Farm team. Despite being a loyal customer for years and giving them my hard-earned money, they utterly failed to assist me when my business faced interruption. It's clear they only care about taking your money and couldn't care less about providing the support you expect from an insurance company. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere for insurance

        If you need business interruption insurance do not come here I had insurance with this agency for 2 years when something went wrong with my business no one seemed to care , when I filed for the interruption for my business being shut down for a month they refused to help, your money is no good here .. all this office cares about is their Stanley cups and cute selfies on the weekends ,, a complete rip off .

      Jose I completely understand the frustration that owning your own business can have, especially when you rent, and a maintenance issue arises. Just as l replied to Maldini, claims decisions are not made by myself or my staff but rather by our corporate claims department. I am happy to discuss the specifics as to why claims was not able to cover your business interruption when your heat went out.       Maldini I am sorry that you have experienced hurdles with your business. Being a small business owner myself, I can relate to the pitfalls that can be out of our control. Claims are something that I am happy to discuss with and advocate for you with the claims department but those decisions are not made by myself or agency directly.
