Auto Concept

My mother wrecked her car and D Rose Auto Concepts was recommended to us. I was dealing with a guy named Carlos De La Rosa. He was a nice guy. According to the insurance, he was supposed to have the car done in 8 days. That was in late April! Ourselves and the insurance company would call Carlos on both of his phones and would not get an answer, then he would call back days later and say the car is still not finished! The insurance company needed another supplement to extend the rental but it was never sent according to them. I asked him to send it to me, he said he would but would never send it. Then when you go to the shop, no one really speaks good english so they never knew his whereabouts. He had my mother's car for a month and I had to send the authorities to go then he called me back and told me the car was ready. Now the keyless remote is not working properly on the back passenger door. Carlos said to bring it back whenever. We have been going back for days and calling him and NO ANSWER! They say he will be there at a specific time and he's never there. THESE FOLKS A SCAMMERS AND DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR ANY REPAIRS OR PURCHASE ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS! Very unprofessional and unreliable! I WILL NEVER USE THIS SHOP AGAIN FOR ANYTHING! In response to the owner, unfortunately it is your shops name that he placed on the insurance claim there for, you are responsible as well. Sorry you had to go thru this!
