Dr and staff are great its the new lab that is the problem at prime care. This man has a bad attitude and I will find another place to do blood work if this is all I can get at Selmer!!!!!

If you have any mental disorder of any kindtheyre gonna take your meds away. My mom has severe GAD and panic disorder. Shes been on Xanax for the last 20+ years. Im 35. She doesnt abuse them. She talks to her doctor who had to quit West TN. After years of using 1-1.5 pills per day, 2 yrs ago she increased to 1 every 12 hours (so 2 total) because she dealt with a bad divorce, two aging & dementia parents, and everything else that comes with it. A few weeks ago she saw Dr. McIntosh who forced her to take a drug test & forcibly dropped her down to half the dose. What the heck?? Shes having coming down symptoms, severe headaches. All because West TN would rather assume everyone is a drug addict than actually help. If any one had half a brain theyd noticed 1: that shes been on it for years and not abused it & 2: maybe a switch would help more (klonopin would probably work better). So yeah taper off that and GIVE HER SOMETHING THAT WORKS BETTER IN SMALL DOSES. Ive yet to go because Im on Cymbalta and Ativan bc I also have GAD & depression. I have lupus. Stress makes me SICK. Trying to find a decent doctor that wont absolutely kill you is impossible these days. Oh I forgot to add theyre still charging her for a Covid test she took that was positive during when Biden said it was free. She has no insurance. They love to rip people off. I wont go back and they wont see a dime of our money. Send it to collections for all I care. And when they call Ill tell them: I AM NOT PAYING FOR LACK OF CARE.
