        Easy to recommend Energy Control Consultants for residential film projects. Sabrina brought 3M film samples to our home so we could examine the product onsite. Once we identified the right films to meet our needs Brendon and Steve, two of the business's technicians, expertly installed everything in a timely and efficient, but very thorough, manner. We appreciated their patient focus on each window pane. They took their time to make sure any and all bubbles under the film were "ironed out" and removed. They also provided easy-to-understand explanations about the film and gave us clear recommendations for future cleaning and care. Good to know that 3M film solutions are just an easy phone call away. Services: Sun control window tinting, Vehicle window tinting, Privacy window films

      Energy Control Consultants was founded in 1985 with an idea that there was a market and a need for high quality window film backed by superior service in and around Knoxville, TN and Chattanooga, TN. The end goal was to minimize the need for decision makers to look for a less than optimal option. ECC had a strong desire to be the go-to provider for window tint in Knoxville, Tennessee or window tint in Chattanooga, Tennessee. 33 years have passed since we decided that people needed a well-trusted source for window film in Knoxville and the same source for window film in Chattanooga, in that time and our commitment to excellence in product and service has only intensified.
