I called on a saturday because that's when I noticed a leak and had someone come out that day. He inspected the roof and saw that it needed to be repaired so he scheduled to have someone fix it monday. I appreciate them making my little job such a high priority!

Made an appointment for them to take a look at my roof from 1-3pm. Never showed. When I called you could tell they forgot about our appointment and said the tech could be there in 20 minutes. This is after already waiting 2 hours. Don't waste your time.

As I pulled into my driveway from work I noticed I was missing a couple shingles. I went online to their website and filled out their form bc it was after hours and someone called me back the next morning to confirm my appointment and was able to have someone their to fix it the next day! I was highly impressed!
