We had lived here for a couple of years an just have heard that one of our neighbors (a desert storm veteran) is being kicked out due to having an older trailer he has lived here for 40 years!! He’s been constantly remodeling the home looks great especially for an older trailer but the trailer park has given him 30 days to leave just due to the fact that it’s an older trailer. They offered him a jokingly 500$ for the home. It’s so sad what a mobile home park will do to its customers even after 40 years of living there and being a veteran it’s just so sad. I wouldn’t recommend this mobile home park to my WORST enemy. It broke my heart just hearing this from my neighbor the veteran such a sad story to do to someone.

Do not use this community! They have no additional parking for guests and if you park in the grass partially, empty lot, or utilize the 5 parking spaces in front of the office they will have a company making commission off of lower income families tow your vehicles. They hired AnyTime Towing to tow your vehicle at night and on weekends as of 1/2019. They also do not mow common areas and do not do maintenance requests because they do not want to have to work on your lot although they raise your rent each year January 1st
Update: 7/2021
As of June 2021 YES Communities have no maintenance and after 3yrs of asking 5 different times if my concrete can be repaired (finally documented as of 6/2021), the issue still has not been resolved, although the corporate manager assured me on a phone call in June that they were going to look at it again and resolve this within 4 days of the call. I’m still waiting for an email or another phone call as of 7/7/21
The new manager exaggerated an email because she did not want to deal with the maintenance issue on my property or send an email in general because YES Communicaties is trying not to make repairs because that’s too difficult for her.
If you are a family in need of a home, I highly do not recommend YES Communties. I am a resident who pays rent on time every month and own my home since 2015. No resident should be ignored when asked for a repair on the lot, which is what I am renting from this community.
