Julie and her team are amazing, our vehicle was at the dealership for over a week with no real progress. The car just died and had a lot of codes when scanned, clearly stumping the dealership. It was towed to Everything Automotive at the end of the day, by noon the following day the vehicle was diagnosed and I had a quote to fix it and timeline for the repairs to be completed. Our vehicle was ready when promised!! Repair was reasonably priced and Julie explained what was needed and why, she is very knowledgeable and truly enjoys what she does. If you ever find yourself needing auto repair of any kind, call Julie at Everything Automotive first!!

Best automotive shop EVER! Julie is honest and upfront. Honesty in an automotive shop is hard to come by! Julie took great care of my vehicle over and extended period of time and has gained my trust and business for as long as I drive a vehicle. I brought my daughters car to her the next week and received the same great service. This shop is number one in Knoxville. As we know, women are some times taken advantage of with auto shops. She does not do business that way! So blessed to have found her. You wont be disappointed.
