      image when I called for service call, I was told that if it s warranty covered then there will not be service charge. when he came to repair then story changed to warranty does not cover service charge. Unreliable and poor customer service by majestic air.

      image Called this company for an estimate. It was $3,000 more than every other estimate we got. lol Absolutely crazy. Be careful because they're clearly out there attempting to overcharge people.

      image Amazing service, Mark did a fantastic job, he is very knowledgeable, nice and friendly! Our AC broke last night, and when I called majestic air they were nothing but helpful, and sent us Mark within less than 1 hour of us calling. Were new to TN, and its very refreshing to find a company like this so quick and attentive! They will be our only HVAC company if anything is ever needed in the future. I highly recommend them!
