Was part of a framing crew that Mr. Newberry sought to finish a 4 unit apartment building that had been neglected during the recession of 2008.Mr. Newberry was the contractor of the job in which he subbed from Orth Construction.When we arrived the 1st floor walls were done.We built the 2nd floor, floor system, the 2nd floor walls and the roof.At completion the framing crew foreman met with Mr. Newberry to receive the last draw of his money.At this time Mr. Newberry would not pay the remaining 1300$ of the agreed upon original sum.And went as far as pushing the framing crew foreman saying "im having a hard time".After the incident months passed by until another Framing crew foreman came forward say Mr. Newberry refused to pay him 700$.Both decided to hire a lawyer and sue.Both foreman won there case's and Mr. Newberry simply closed his buisness and reopened another one to avoid paying
